Perhaps the most famous movie theatre in the world, Mann’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, Califorina had a serious acoustical problem. The problem was made even more difficult to handle because of the fact that it is an historical landmark building and the solution had to be done without any visable changes to the ambience of the theatre.
We found a solution without changing the character of the building in anyway. We applied an acoustical treatment to the ceilings and walls which were over four stories high resulting in the Sound Engineer’s statement that our work was “excellent” and the project was a “complete success!”
